The Simple Version

1. Who Can Use TrackC

TrackC is built for music fans who attend concerts and festivals. To use the app, you need to be:

• At least 13 years old (with a parent or guardian's permission if you're under 18)
• Able to provide a valid phone number for OTP verification
• Located in a region where TrackC services are available

If you're using TrackC on behalf of a company, festival, or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. Your Account

Creating an Account

To use TrackC, you'll log in using your phone number. We'll send you an OTP to verify it's actually you. That's it — no passwords to remember, no email confirmations to chase.

One Account Per Person

Each phone number can have one TrackC account. We do this to keep things simple and prevent abuse of the service.

Accuracy of Information

The phone number you provide should be your own and currently active. If you change your number, please update your account so we can keep your access secure.

3. How You Can Use TrackC

TrackC is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Here's what that means in practice:

What You Can Do

• Use the app to navigate to and within concerts and festivals
• Download venue maps for offline use
• Share your experience with friends and on social media
• Provide feedback to help us improve

What You Cannot Do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Copy our venue maps and use them in another product
• Use the app to harm, harass, or stalk other people
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the app
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission

4. Venue Maps and Navigation Data

Venue maps are at the heart of what TrackC does. Here's how they work:

While we strive for accuracy, TrackC is a navigation aid, not a replacement for common sense. Always follow venue rules, listen to security personnel, and trust your judgment about safety.

5. Tickets, Zones, and Third Parties

TrackC reads ticket information to provide zone-specific navigation. To be clear:

• We are not a ticketing company
• We do not sell, validate, or refund tickets
• We are not affiliated with any specific concert organiser, ticketing platform, or venue unless we explicitly say so
• If your ticket has issues, contact the platform you bought it from

6. Payment and Subscriptions

TrackC's core navigation features are currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll be upfront about pricing and you'll always be able to choose whether to upgrade.

Any future paid plans will:

• Have transparent pricing displayed before you pay
• Allow you to cancel at any time
• Follow Indian consumer protection laws on refunds

7. Intellectual Property

Everything that makes TrackC what it is — the app, the brand, the venue maps, the navigation logic, the design — belongs to us.

8. Community and User Conduct

TrackC may have community features over time — comments, reviews, suggestions. When using these features, please:

• Be respectful to other users
• Don't post content that's illegal, hateful, or harmful
• Don't impersonate other people or companies
• Don't share personal information about others without their consent
• Don't spam, advertise, or self-promote without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep TrackC running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Things that might affect availability:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Network outages or technical issues
• Events outside our control (natural disasters, internet failures, etc.)

If TrackC is temporarily unavailable, we'll do our best to restore service quickly. For real-time updates during outages, follow us on social media or check our status page.

10. Limitations of Liability

This is the part where lawyers get nervous, but we'll keep it simple.

That said, if something goes seriously wrong on our end, we want to know. Reach out to us and we'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

11. Indemnification

If your use of TrackC causes a legal issue for someone else (for example, you misuse the app and harm another person), you agree to take responsibility and not hold TrackC liable for the consequences of your actions.

12. Account Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

You can delete your account whenever you want. Just go to app settings or email us and we'll handle it.

We May Suspend Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or the platform
• Use the service in ways that could create legal issues

If we ever take action on your account, we'll let you know why and give you a chance to respond, except in serious cases (like illegal activity).

13. Changes to These Terms

As TrackC grows and adds new features, we may need to update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll:

• Notify you through the app or via email
• Give you a reasonable time to review the changes
• Continue to follow our core principles of fairness and transparency

If you don't agree with the updated terms, you can always delete your account.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. If you're using TrackC from outside India, you agree that Indian law applies to your use of the service.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect. We don't want one tiny issue to cancel out the whole agreement.
